Returns Policy

PEPE Cannabis Store ("PEPE Cannabis," "we," "our," and "us") offers the following return and warranty policies for our valued customers.

Cannabis Products

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of cannabis products including flower, oils, capsules, sprays, pre-rolls, and any other active cannabis items are considered final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these products.

Non-Cannabis Products

We're happy to offer a return policy for non-cannabis items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, unopened and unused non-cannabis products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Please note that sale items or products purchased at a discount are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Requesting A Return

To initiate a return for an eligible non-cannabis product within the 14-day window, please contact us at nicola@pepecannabisstore.com with your order number. Our customer care team will guide you through the return process, including providing a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method used during purchase.

Note: Online orders cannot be returned in-store and must be returned via mail.

Limited Warranty

For electronic products such as vaporizer batteries sold by PEPE Cannabis, we offer a Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser. This warranty covers defects in manufacture and workmanship that manifest within one (1) year from the purchase date and impede the product's intended functionality. We will replace a defective battery at no cost to the customer, using either new or refurbished parts at our discretion.

Warranty Claims: For items purchased directly from PEPE Cannabis Store, either in-store at 892 Brant Street Unit #3, Burlington, Ontario, or through our website, please contact nicola@pepecannabisstore.com for a prepaid return shipping label and warranty service. Warranty returns must be made within 30 days of the product's malfunctioning, accompanied by the original receipt.

For products bought through third-party retailers, please reach out to them directly for warranty service.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or exposure to conditions beyond the manufacturer's intended use.

Legal Rights: This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights which may vary between provinces. It is intended to cover only the replacement of defective batteries as detailed above, excluding all other potential warranties, representations, or conditions, whether express or implied.

Liability: Except as stated in this Limited Warranty, PEPE Cannabis Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, performance, or non-performance of any product.

This warranty is non-transferable.
