We've lined up four standout vendors this summer, each with its own specialty ā from tacos and grilled cheese to slow-smoked BBQ and wood-fired pizza. Here's who's coming and when.

Our most regular guest of the summer, and a fan favourite for good reason. Taco Oasis serves up fresh, flavour-packed tacos that are perfect for a quick bite or a full meal. Catch them on Canada Day (July 1) and every Thursday throughout July and August. With a standing weekly slot, Thursdays are about to become the easiest plan of your week ā grab a few tacos, browse the menu, and settle into the evening.

Comfort food done right. Grizzly Cheese specializes in gooey, golden grilled cheese and other melty classics that hit the spot every time. They'll be joining us on a rotating schedule through the summer and into early fall:

Wood-fired pizza and more, fresh out of the oven. Coal Fire Kitchen brings that unmistakable char and flavour you can only get from an open flame. They roll in for one summer Sunday ā Sunday, July 5 ā so make it a lazy-Sunday outing.
